Under the slab of many newer basements in the metro sits a capped drain-and-vent rough-in: the builder's provision for a bathroom that never got built. Finishing that rough-in is one of the highest-value bathroom projects there is, because the expensive under-slab plumbing already exists. It's also a natural fit for us, since basement finishing is a core service; the bathroom can go in on its own or as part of finishing the whole lower level. Permits and inspections are handled either way, whether your address answers to a city building department or the county.

Not in-house, and that's by design. The plumbing and electrical go to licensed partner trades we have worked with for over a decade — the same crews every time, not whoever is available that week. You still sign one contract and call one person, because Jace quotes the job, coordinates those trades, and answers for the whole room. Permits and inspections for the plumbing and electrical changes are part of the scope, not your homework.
