A deck here has to survive freeze-thaw, prairie wind, and the family reunion. We build them to take all three: footings below frost line, framing that doesn't bounce, finish that holds up past the first winter. Porches, patios, and sunrooms get the same treatment.

Kitchens, basements, whole-home renovations, and additions. Remodeling while you live in the house is a project, not a phone call. You get a schedule, the site gets cleaned up every day, and the house stays livable while we work.
Because we draft too, the plans, the permit set, and the build come from the same hands, so nothing gets lost in translation between a designer and the crew swinging hammers.

Hols & Co is a licensed general contractor. That license is what lets one company carry a whole project — pull the permit, draft the plans, schedule the trades, and answer for the result — instead of handing you a list of numbers to manage yourself. On top of it we hold City of Sioux Falls approval as a bonded right-of-way contractor, the separate credential required to touch sidewalk and driveway work inside the city.
New construction, ag buildings, shops, and storage sheds get drafted and permitted before the first yard of dirt moves. Concrete goes in when the project needs it.
