These terms cover the holsco.com website and the text messages Hols & Co LLC sends about your project. Using the site or giving us your number means you accept them. How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.

Text messages

Hols & Co project updates. When you give us your mobile number on our estimate form, or call or text (605) 679-5223, you agree that Hols & Co LLC may send you text messages about your project: confirming we received your request, scheduling and confirming an estimate walkthrough with Jace, and following up on a written estimate. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies by project; most people get a few messages around their estimate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one confirmation text and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (605) 679-5223. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and your consent are never sold, and never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Estimates

Nothing on this site is a price. Pricing comes in a written estimate after Jace has looked at the job, and the estimate itself says what it covers and how long it stands. Work begins only on a signed agreement.

The website

The site is for information about our work and for reaching us. We may change it at any time. Booking links open Cal.com, which has its own terms. Photos are of our own projects and may not be reused without asking.
