Can we live in the house during a remodel?
Usually, yes. Kitchen remodels and basement finishing can almost always be phased so the household keeps functioning, with dust barriers sealing off the work area and a temporary setup for whatever room is offline. Full-gut whole-home renovations are the exception, where moving out for part of the job sometimes beats working around it. The in-person walkthrough is where that gets decided, and the plan goes into your written estimate.
Who handles permits for a remodel in the Sioux Falls area?
