Through The Board
The Board is the contractor program TimberTech runs, and Hols & Co is registered in it; the TimberTech PRO page has the tier and what it does and doesn't mean. Since July 2025, James Hardie has owned The AZEK Company, the company behind TimberTech, and TimberTech has added James Hardie to the program. The labor warranty that comes with the program is TimberTech's, for TimberTech decks.
That is the whole of the Hardie credential: membership in The Board by way of TimberTech, not a James Hardie certification, and we don't describe it as one. The walkthrough, the written estimate and the work are Hols & Co's, the same as on any siding job.
How it gets quoted
The same way as any siding job here. The walkthrough settles repair or replace, the wall behind the siding gets looked at before the material order goes in, not after, and the scope goes into a written estimate. The siding page has the whole process, including how we make the repair-or-replace call and when in the season to schedule the work.
